Hiring our hall

Our brick built hall is suitable for many types of group activities, functions, conferences and training. The building comprises of three main rooms available to hire. Conveniently located on St Michael’s Avenue with shared off road parking opposite St Michael’s Church.

  • The main Hall & Upstairs Suite are hired out separately so you may not have sole use of the building. Scout leaders may also use the offices and outside entrance to the camp store during your hire.

The main hall £20 per hour

The Main Hall is well furnished with 80 chairs and 10 tables and will allow up to 100 people in any single event. Hall rental includes:-

  • Wood floor, 16 metres (53 feet) long x 7 metres (23 feet) wide
  • Fully equipped Kitchen, electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, crockery, glassware and cutlery for 30
  • Toilet Facilities including Disabled
  • Meeting of up to 100 people
  • White Board
  • Over Head projection (coming soon)
  • Wireless Broadband
  • 10 Tables & 80 Chairs
  • Free Car Parking
  • Full disabled access (downstairs only)

 Presentation Suite £15 per hour*

The Presentation Suite is an excellent purpose designed training facility with seating for up to 25 persons hire of the facility includes:

  • Laminate floor, 7 metres (22 feet) long x 5 metres (16 feet) wide
  • Self contained gallery kitchen, equipped with electric cooker, fridge, frezzer, microwave, crockery, glassware & cutlery for 20
  • Self contained unisex toilet facilities
  • Meeting of up to 25 people
  • Self standing white board / flip Chart
  • Overhead projection
  • Wireless Broadband
  • 3 Tables & 15 Chairs
  • Free Car Parking

Project room £5 per hour*

The Project Room a smaller meeting room is located within the Presentation Suite it has

  • Carpeted floor – (size coming soon)
  • Use of the presentation suite kitchen and toilet
  • Meeting for up to 12 people
  • Fixed white board
  • Wireless Broadband
  • 1 Conference Table & 12 chairs
  • Free Car parking

*Please note the both The Presentation Suite and the Project room are located upstairs within the building and as such do not have disabled access available.
